Food: 0/2 - Ok its still REALLY early and I KNOW I'm gonna go over. I have a BIG A.C.T.-like test I have to take, and I need all the energy I can get to make it through (its about 3 hours long)
Water: 2/2 - I'm sucking down water like no other at the moment.
Exercise: 2/2 - going to go to the gym either right after my chem class or right after the C.A.P test I have to take tonight. Also doing Turbo jam to make up for any possible binge today.

SE: 2/2 - I'll probably give my self a mini-pedi tonight, to relax after that friggin' test.

ok, for the pass two days, I been to the bathroom like 10 times at least because my stomache has been so upset, and I haven't even had any laxitives. I assume its from ending my fast so abruptly on saturday, but oh well. I guess out is better than it being in.

Exercise: 2/2 abs, squats, lunges, and stretchs and about 10 min of cardio

SE: 2/2 - I cleaned my room, did laundry and my computer apps assignments for the next week and a half.

Food: 1/2 - I have to break my fast today, my blood sugar plummeted while I was at work, and I almost passed out. Plus, I'm a cosmotologist, so passing out on a client while cutting their hair would NOT be a good thing. Anyways, I had a side order of rice and a few chips and salsa, and a nice client gave me some jolly ranchers... and my manager literally force fed me a can of pepsi... (not diet btw. yuk)
Water: 2/2 - got about a half a liter to go
Exercise:: 0/2 -i'm feeling kinda weak at the moment, so I might have to double up on excercises tomorrow to make up for today. I'll probably cycle through my turbo jam videos.

SE: 2/2 - I cleaned like 5 shelves at work today when it was hella slow, plus my station is spotless now.

Ok so I weighed myself today at the gym and i'm down to 160 today (yay!)... Not sure why, but I'm definitely going to the gym in the morning to re-weigh myself, just to make sure, and work out.

Breakfast: Nothing.

Lunch: 2 Baby Dill Pickles (10), one small salad with vinegar and baby carrots (35), 3 Suger-free Candies (120) = 2 Units

Dinner: about half a serving of Speggetti, and a diet coke. = 3 units

Ok, so my blood sugar dropped around 3 today so I had to eat half of a small rice crispy treat.
